I am Matthieu Dubois, driven by a strong passion for production excellence and process improvement, with over 20 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, testing, and industrial engineering, working with diverse teams across Europe and Asia.

What has always driven my passion for engineering is a deep interest in how technology, manufacturing processes, and data-driven analysis come together to transform innovative ideas into reliable, high-volume products. I am particularly fascinated by the challenge of bridging development and production, ensuring that sophisticated electronic systems can be manufactured efficiently, consistently, and at scale.

Throughout my career, I have continuously expanded my knowledge in semiconductor testing technologies, industrialization strategies, and statistical analysis methods, including Six Sigma methodologies. I strongly believe that learning and technical curiosity are essential drivers of innovation and operational excellence, and I am always eager to explore new tools, analytical approaches, and manufacturing solutions.

This passion for engineering and continuous improvement has played a key role in my professional journey. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to contribute to complex industrial projects, production ramp-ups, and yield optimization programs, working closely with engineering teams, manufacturing partners, and quality organizations to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
